ingredients: 1 Kiwi 1 banana 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup skim milk 1 1/2 non-fat greek yogurt 1 cup ice Instructions: Put ice and milk in blender/food processor. Blend all of the ice and milk After all ice and milk is blended to where there is no chunks, put in all ingredents except yogurt. Blend all ingredients together in blender/food processor . Add yogurt and blend. Pour into fancy or plain glass/cup. ENJOY! 2.banana bread super food smoothie!
